How do your services compare with others?
Our services are some of the best value available that can be backed up with very attractive performance results. We provide the EXACT trigger, entry, stop and target and do not 'sugar coat' our results.
Isn't the share market risky?
Yes. The share market is risky and there is a chance that you can lose money. These risks can be managed through consistent risk management and obeying stops.
Our performance shows very attractive returns can be achieved while still being sensible about risk management.
How do you manage risk?
All our trades have tight stop losses set to less than 2% of trade equity. This reduces the risk of trading.
We do not allow losses to run out of control and we NEVER move our stops down. If the trade goes against us we exit, no questions asked. If a trade is working for us we leave it alone and let the profits run.
What happens if my stop is hit?
Exit immediately. We set a stop for a reason... to limit losses. Our stops can be tight and you should expect them to be hit.
Even the best traders in the world can be impacted severely if they allow losses to grow without exiting losing positions early.
What sort of broker do I need?
You can trade our suggestions with any licensed broker that has access to the US stock market or World CFDs.

Do you offer assistance offline for those with specific questions?
We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. There is no question too basic or complex that we are not happy to answer.

Do your trades impact on the market and make it difficult to enter at the recommended price?
We only trade the 100 largest companies in the US and World markets. This means all subscribers can theoretically enter and exit trades within the specified price.
We carefully monitor client fills daily and limit subscriptions to ensure we do not impact noticeably on the market.
How much money do I need to trade your model portfolio?
This is influenced by many factors including leverage used, brokerage costs and risk tolerance.
We are aware of subscribers using our services with as little as $500.
Why do you provide this service when you can trade yourself profitably?
We believe that our service will greatly assist traders to become and stay profitable while also learning in the process. Above all, we enjoy the contact with fellow traders!
Do you trade your own recommendations?
We do at times trade our own recommendations exactly as published and at the same time as all subscribers.
The newsletters are available to all subscribers well before market opening and all are given the opportunity to trade the recommendations at the same time. We prohibit any staff from trading against our services.
We believe it would be a major concern if the Directors of a stock picks service did not trade their own suggestions.
Can I trade my Super Account?
We offer services through Autotrade that are specifically tailored to the legal requirements of Self Managed Super Funds (SMSF). Please contact your financial advisor for personal advice on how to trade your SMSF. For further information contact us.

What are the subscription options?
What is the friend referral program?
We offer a $150.00 cash rebate to you if you refer a friend to our products and services and they take out a subscription past the trial period. We are always hoping to assist you and your friends in building wealth and the necessary trading skills. To receive your rebate please email us your registered friends details here.
What happens if I wish to cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time. All cancellations are processed immediately through our merchant service provider, Paypal. There are no refunds for unused portions of prepaid subscriptions.
Autotrade
How do I participate in Autotrading?
First, subscribe to the portfolio that you wish to autotrade. Then open an account with a participating broker and let them know which product you want to autotrade.
How does Autotrade Work?
Autotrading is the automatic trading of our model portfolios. Your broker automatically places trades conforming to the asset allocation and risk tolerance you have advised. Trade suggestions are received well before market opening and you have complete authority to choose not to participate in a trade by contacting your broker.
How do I set up preferences in my Autotrade Account?
This depends on your risk tolerance and financial aspirations. Our Products page will assist you in making your decisions.
Do you have access to my trading account?
No, all autotrading agreements are between you and your broker. We do not know any details about your trading account.
What brokers accommodate Autotrading?
Our preferred broker 'OptionsXpress' can facilitate your autotrading needs. If you wish to have your broker included in our autotrade service please contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate your needs.
